Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A representative will contact you to confirm availability, finalize the itinerary, and outline payment terms before any reservation is made.

A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit and sent you written confirmation (email or messaging) with the final itinerary and total price.

Trip prices are quoted per person in NPR unless stated otherwise, and may vary with group size, season, and exchange rates. Deposit and full-payment schedules are confirmed in writing for each trip.

Balances are due before departure as agreed in your confirmation. Bank transfer details and any applicable card fees are shared with your booking confirmation. Unpaid balances may be treated as a cancellation under the schedule below.

Cancellation policies are communicated before booking. As a general guide, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before departure, after which fees may apply on a sliding scale (often 50% at 8–15 days, 100% inside 7 days, or as stated on your trip).

• Refunds exclude non-recoverable permits, flights, or hotel costs already paid on your behalf.
• No refund is due for voluntary early departure or unused included services.
• If we cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a replacement trip or a full refund of amounts paid to us for the undelivered portion.

Compensation is not payable for minor changes (for example small timing or accommodation swaps of equal or better standard) or for force-majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip interruption is strongly recommended for all trips and required for trekking and high-altitude programs.

You are responsible for ensuring your policy is valid for the full duration of your trip, including adventure activities and altitudes on your itinerary. Proof of cover may be requested before departure.

Trekking and adventure travel involve inherent risks. While we employ certified guides and follow established safety protocols, Tour Link Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, trail conditions, strikes, political unrest, and unforeseen natural events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the affected trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
